Maria-Mihaela Avram joined King’s College London in 2022 when she started her MSc in the Department of Psychosis Studies at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience. Following her graduation, she started her NIHR Maudsley BRC funded PhD, focusing on the effects of GABAergic modulation on working memory in individuals at clinical high-risk of psychosis, as well as neural correlates of working memory in individuals on the psychosis spectrum.
Maria-Mihaela is the Research Inclusion Representative for PhD students the NIHR Maudsley BRC.
