Professor Rona Moss-Morris is a global leader in health psychology, pioneering digital therapies for long-term conditions (LTCs). Her research integrates cognitive-behavioural and health psychology theory to develop interventions for multiple sclerosis, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and the transdiagnostic programme, COMPASS (now called Orbi). Through clinical trials, she aims to help transform integrated care via scalable, evidence-based digital innovation. As lead inventor of Regul8 and COMPASS, she secured King’s College London’s first digital therapeutic licenses. She also leads REFUEL MS, selected for the 2024 Government-funded Innovative Devices Access Pathway (IDAP) to fast-track NHS adoption of effective digital treatments.
