Professor Valeria Mondelli is Professor of Psychoneuroimmunology at King’s College London and Liaison Consultant Psychiatrist at King’s College Hospital. She is Co-Lead of the BRC Psychosis and Mood Disorders Theme. Her work has contributed to advance our understanding of biological mechanisms involved in the development of psychosis and mood disorders and in the identification of blood-based biomarkers for personalising treatments for people suffering with these disorders.
