Mental Health Secure Data Environment

The Mental Health Secure Data Environment (SDE) is a groundbreaking mental health data initiative led by Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust to provide a single and secure environment for UK mental health data within the DATAMIND Trusted Research Environment (TRE).

Funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Translational Research Collaboration: Mental Health, the Mental Health SDE aims to transform mental health research across the UK through data. The partnership also includes University of Liverpool, Kings College London, University of Cambridge, Health DATA Research UK (HDRUK) and the NHS Research SDE Network.
