We aim to support and train the next generation of clinical and non-clinical researchers who will help deliver transformative changes in mental health care. Our clinical trainees come from medical (particularly psychiatry and neurology) and allied healthcare professionals. Non-clinical trainees join us with backgrounds in neuroscience, psychology, biological science, social science, physical science, mathematics and statistics.
We have a range of training schemes and secondment opportunities spanning all academic career pathways and for all staff groups, including:

Students, trainees and secondees have access to the outstanding educational and training support within the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King's College London and become members of the NIHR Faculty.
